Depending on your position, we offer you internal and external training and further training possibilities. We also train apprentices at EFZ (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency) and EBA (Swiss Federal Vocational Certificate) level in the areas of plastics technology, logistics and tool making. There is also the possibility of foreign assignments in our locations in Germany and Austria.
We offer our employees an independent complaints office to which they can turn at any time in the event of professional, family or health-related difficulties or questions - confidentially and free of charge.

It is our aim to give young people an understanding of the skilled trades that are performed in our company, and train them for every day working life. Our competent vocational trainers provide the young people with the knowledge and competences to practice these professions later. The training is rounded off by regular attendance of introductory and specialist classes.
We offer our learners a comprehensive basic vocational training, and a distinctly practical orientation and a good work environment. In addition, regular and constructive exchange between vocational trainers and learners promotes the development process and the acquisition of our technologies and work instruments.
