In our modern injection moulding plant, we offer customized solutions for series production - from small to large series.
With an extensive machine park of around 30 injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 22 to 180 tons, we are ideally equipped to meet a wide range of requirements. We attach particular importance to high standards of hygiene. Our entire plant is ISO 22000 certified, which guarantees a continuous hygiene chain and thus ensures the quality and safety of our products.
Our technology is ideal for products with a total surface area of up to 450 cm2 and a weight of around 450 grams. Thanks to our versatile machines, we can efficiently produce both small and large series. We have been gaining experience in injection molding since 1976, offering our customers the highest level of expertise and safety.
Cleanroom production at the highest level
A particular highlight of our injection molding plant is the integrated clean room (ISO 7) with three machines (35 tons clamping force). This enables production under the strictest hygiene standards, which is a decisive advantage for our customers in the medical sector in particular. We are also ISO 13485 certified.
Automated and efficient production
Many of our machines are equipped with modern handling systems that enable autonomous operation. This not only promotes process reliability, but also reduces costs. We also have several automatic assembly machines that enable us to process finished injection-molded parts directly. A special system for integrating seals into lids rounds off our service portfolio.
